We approached this project like a survey of Ghostly’s four primary tonal playlists: At Rest, Productivity, At Work, and Sleep. Could the mindsets of each be combined to create a complete day of activity?

To find out, we drafted four general blocks of time:

06AM - 10AM (WAKE)
10AM - 06PM (WORK)
06PM - 10PM (PLAY)
10PM - 06AM (SLEEP)

With these blocks as the guiding framework, each populated with a mix of new and archival favorites until the lengths aligned with the allotted times, then we stacked them all into one playlist. In theory, you could hit play at dawn and allow this giant set to soundtrack a full day, starting softly in the morning, increasing the tempo for mid-day focus, welcoming some playful energy in the early evening, and coming back down with slow-moving music at night. In reality, it may serve a listener more loosely, so feel free to skip around and find the sequence that matches the moment.
